This is a safe exfoliating skin treatment. This laser treatment deeply cleanses the skin, primarily removing the dead skin cell layer. The result is a clearer complexion and softer skin.
This treatment complements PICOSURE laser photorejuvenation sessions . The PICOSURE laser has another therapeutic target thanks to the photoacoustic effect of the picosecond laser.
The principle of the Hollywood peel is to apply a lotion containing charcoal and oil to the skin, which has been previously cleansed. Then, the Q-switched laser reacts with the charcoal using a thermal effect. The skin is cleansed and purified. The manufacturer claims a collagen-stimulating effect, but other lasers at the center are more effective for this purpose.
